Hi TBL community members,
Our latest insights on the use of AI in TBL is out! It builds on the findings collected in previous years and examines changes in AI adoption, teaching effectiveness, student learning, workflow efficiency, institutional support, and professional development needs.
Our findings highlights three key takeaways:
- Uncertainty is declining: Educators are forming clearer views of where AI adds value—and where it may not—in TBL
- Student-facing use is becoming more visible: AI is increasingly being incorporated into student prep, learning support, and classroom activities
- Challenges are shifting: Technical integration is becoming less prominent, while funding, inaccurate AI-generated content, and mixed views on student collaboration are growing concerns
You can download the white paper to explore further. Thanks again for everyone who shared their experiences in using AI!
P.S. If you have conducted any research or faculty training on incorporating AI into TBL, we’d love to work with you! You can fill up this facilitator interest form if you’d like to conduct a faculty development workshop or webinar with us.
