Are you using TBL in workforce development? Engaged in TBL in non-academic settings?

We’d like to hear from you!

Liz Winter and Tom Jansen are engaged in capturing examples of where TBL is being used in workforce development or non-academic settings. For a new chapter in the TBL book edited by Larry Michaelsen, the founder of team-based learning.

This classic book about team-based learning is being updated with a new edition that will include this new chapter about TBL in workforce development.

We are learning about the dissemination of TBL outside the academy - if you have taken TBL to new places, we would love to hear from you!

Please note that while it is technically workforce development, academic faculty development is beyond the scope of this chapter.

If you are not sure if what you are doing is ‘workforce’, please ask!
