I’m excited to invite you to a workshop I’ll be facilitating with my colleague, Dr Mara McAdams, on the topic of Building High-Performing Team-Based Learning Teams. It’ll be held online on July 15, 8 am EDT / 8 pm SGT.
In this interactive workshop, we’ll share practical tools for coaching TBL teams. At this end of it, you’ll be able to:
1. Describe and apply Tuckman’s framework of forming, storming, norming, and performing in the context of TBL teams
2. Use a team charter to set expectations and manage the process of teamwork in your TBL course
3. Apply the GROW coaching framework to a team dynamics issue
