Invitation to attend workshop: Workshop to Engage Gen Z in Health Professions Education Through TBL

Hi everyone,

We would like to invite you to a workshop facilitated by my colleague, Dr. Tracey Taylor and myself (Sarah Lerchenfeldt). It’s titled Engaging Gen Z in Health Professions Education Through TBL, and it will take place online on Sep 24, 9 am EDT / 2 pm BST.

Teaching Gen Z requires understanding their unique learning preferences and adapting innovative strategies. This workshop will use application activities and an immersive e-Gallery walk in TBL format to equip you to teach Gen Z effectively.

Learning objectives:

  1. Gain insight into Gen Z’s defining traits, learning preferences, and expectations

  2. Engage with real-world teaching challenges through hands-on TBL activities

  3. Collaborate with fellow educators to create learner-centered strategies
