I am looking forward to facilitating the 90-minute workshop on Mastering 4S Applications. It will be run in TBL style, with a brief readiness assessment based on prework found at 4S Team Application Tasks | Learn TBL, including the Robinson and Franchini article. We will then critique a flawed 4S application, and hold a gallery walk to view your revisions. It promises to be a fun, enlightening time.
