Team-Based Learning and the Chamber of Ambiguity

Dear colleagues,

Dr. Morgan Hoeft and I will be co-facilitating an upcoming session titled Team-Based
Learning and the Chamber of Ambiguity
on June 25 at 9 am EDT / 2 pm BST.

We’ll explore how TBL can be used to help students build confidence in navigating
uncertainty and ambiguity—essential skills in fields like healthcare where decision-making
often lacks clear answers.

By the end of this session, you will be able to:
● Define the concepts of tolerance for ambiguity and need for closure
● Describe how TBL can assist in developing students’ tolerance for ambiguity
● Create a plan for introducing students to ambiguity through TBL

Hope to see you there!
