We’re excited to invite you to our upcoming workshop on Using TBL to Compare and Develop Strategies for Supporting Novice Educators, happening on Jun 3 at 11 am EDT/4 pm BST. The session will be facilitated by Drs. @Suzan, Justin Cobb, and Todd Holm.
This interactive session will help attendees compare how different institutions support new educators and co-create practical, transferable strategies.
Through this workshop, attendees will:
- Build a shared understanding of a structured novice-faculty preparation model.
- Compare institutional practices and identify effective strategies for supporting novice educators across contexts.
- Co-create a practical “start-up kit” of recommendations that institutions can use to strengthen support for new educators.
