"Modified TBL" Session on May 21!

Hi everyone,

I’m Steve Schneid from UC San Diego School of Medicine, and I’ll be leading a session on Modified Team-Based Learning happening on May 21 at 12 pm EDT / 5 pm BST. In this session I will explain why I chose a modified TBL approach—emphasizing higher-order IRAT and TRAT items.

At this session, you’ll learn to:

● Describe the rationale for using higher-order IRAT/TRAT items

● Identify the changes to the traditional TBL structure to use higher-order RAT items

● Generate higher-order IRAT/TRAT items

You will also hear firsthand accounts from my postbaccalaureate premedical and medical students about their experiences with this modified method.

If you’re interested in rethinking the structure of your TBL sessions, I’d love for you to join!

You can register here.
