How would you regrade TRAT?

:wave:t3: Hello community!

I’m facing a unique grading situation with a TRAT activity for one of the teams. The Individual Readiness assessment is complete, and the Team Readiness Test has been conducted. After our clarification and discussion session, I realized that the key to one of the questions was incorrect—the correct answer is A, not B. Interestingly, one team, Team 1, selected “B” on their first attempt, which means they don’t have any further attempts to correct after the key is revised.

Given this, is it fair to assign them a zero for this question?

How would you handle this situation? What adjustments, if any, would you make to their grades?

InteDashboard,
When that happened to me, I always admitted my mistake and gave the team full credit for two reason. One is that, if you take away the points, students are likely to feel that you have been unfair. The other is that, in the long run, a point or two won’t make a significant difference.

I would give them the points if it were my mistake.
