🎉 Join Challenge #2 of TBL Badge Bash!

:rocket: TBL Badge Bash: Challenge #2 is Here! :rocket:

We’re excited to introduce the second challenge of our TBL Badge Bash, designed to help you engage more deeply with our community and address real-world challenges in your classroom. This month’s challenge is all about collaboration and problem-solving!

:gift: What’s in it for you?

Other than gaining valuable insights and solutions from fellow TBL educators, anyone who participates will also receive a complimentary ticket to one October/November workshop of your own choosing!

 What’s the Challenge?

Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of working closely with TBL educators like you and have identified a few common challenges that often arise in the classroom. These challenges typically fall into the following categories:

  • Conversion of non-TBL modules to TBL modules
  • Methodology: Ensuring that TBL practices are implemented smoothly.
  • Student Buy-In: Encouraging student engagement and participation.
  • Faculty or Leadership Buy-In: Gaining support from colleagues and administration.
  • Technology: Navigating tools and platforms effectively.

This month, we’re inviting you to create topics about the specific challenges you’re facing in any of these areas.

:handshake: How Does It Work?

  1. Create a Topic: Share a post in the community about a challenge you’re experiencing in your TBL classroom. You’ll earn* the Insight Seeker Badge for initiating the conversation. Here’s how you can create a topic:
  2. Head to the Team-Based Learning Category > Click on New Topic > Once done, click on Create Topic, and wait to **receive your free ticket!

  1. (Optional) Provide Solutions: Engage with your peers by responding to another member’s topic with thoughtful advice or solutions. Doing so will earn* you the Solution Provider Badge (and an **extra complimentary ticket)!

Ready to get started? Click here to create your topic now.

*Badges will be manually awarded on every Friday till the end of September.
**Free tickets will be given out at the end of September.
