Happy midweek, everyone!
Previously we shared a poll on a few of our InteDashboard features asking which of them would enhance the learning environment in your classroom.
Today, I’m curious to know which of these other features can help you improve the workflow of setting up and running a TBL module?
Cast your vote – and feel free to elaborate on your choice or share other useful features that aren’t mentioned!
- Data visualization tool (NEW feature!) – Analyze IRAT/TRAT results to spot learning gaps and tough questions across classes.
- Peer evaluation templates – Customizable templates for various methods like Michaelsen’s and Fink’s helps to save time setting up assessments.
- Faculty notes in Question Bank and Teacher Dashboard – Enhances collaboration and facilitation by allowing instructors to add helpful notes.
- LTI 1.3 – Grade & Roster Sync – Sync student rosters and pass grades directly to your LMS with LTI 1.3.
- Express Sign-In – Quickly add temporary learners, helps instructors manage course changes during orientation weeks.
With my application exercises. I ask a lot of prompting questions to maximize critical thinking. I would love a notes feature to help me remember my follow up questions.

Hi @achase1 thanks for sharing!
The “Faculty Notes” feature mentioned in our poll is also already available under the Item Analysis and Questions dashboard.
You can refer to this help guide for more information. Alternatively, you can also book a quick call with our Customer Success team for more assistance.
Is this feature what you’re looking for? Or are you referring to something different? Let me know if this helps!
Hi Vanesse,
Thank you. I know there is a place for Faculty Notes where the questions are. To my knowledge, those notes are not viewable while facilitating. Is there a way to have Faculty Notes that are viewable during facilitation? Karla
Hi @Kkubitz thank you for your question! Other than viewing the Faculty Notes at the “Questions” section, you can also view it under the Teacher’s Dashboard “Items Analysis section”:
However, if you’re using the Presentation/e-Gallery Mode, you’d have to open 2 tabs (one Teacher’s Dashboard, and the other the Presentation/e-Gallery) to toggle between the 2 screens to see your notes.
I understand that this may not be the most convenient but thank you for sharing your experience and for suggesting this use case. Our team has taken a note of it and will take it into consideration to further improve the user experience of our platform.
Thank you. This is helpful!
